“I came after a hectic two weeks of doing business in New York and London. I needed respite and space. This is exactly what I got. The house is located in a remote natural environment of astonishing beauty – a sparse and expansive coastal landscape. The house is exquisitely furnished in classic Scandi style. There is no clutter and no unnecessary embellishments. But everything you need is there: WiFi, coffee, hot showers, a comfortable bed, warmth and space to think. It is the perfect setting for a quiet, contemplative break from a busy world. Hanne is a gracious host, more than willing to let her guests unwind in a way that best suits their needs and mood. I spent my days reading, writing, meditating, driving the Atlantic Way, thinking, and eating at the local pubs. My only hesitancy in recommending Hanne’s house is that it will get harder to book in once the rest of the world discovers this very special place.”
